AZCNA is sponsoring a petition to add Post Traumatic Stress Disorder as a qualifying condition to the Arizona Medical Marijuana Act.
“Our Arizona veterans and other Arizona residents afflicted with PTSD deserve nothing less,” said Heather Manus, Arizona Cannabis Nurses Association president and a registered nurse.

CNN’s chief medical correspondent, Dr. Sanjay Gupta says we have been “systematically misled” on marijuana. He states, “I traveled around the world to interview medical leaders, experts, growers and patients. I spoke candidly to them, asking tough questions. What I found was stunning.”

AZCNA, along with expert assistance from the Greene Consulting Group, has petitioned ADHS to add PTSD to the list of qualifying conditions. Out of 10 applications, ours has been selected for phase 2. A public hearing is scheduled for Oct. 29, 2013.
