Pending Conditions

AZCNA has submitted petitions to add 8 new qualifying conditions.

1. Traumatic Brain Injury (TBI)
2. Autism
3. Diabetes
4. Arthritis
5. Parkinson’s Disease
6. Huntington’s Disease
7. Tourette’s Syndrome
8. Neuropathic Pain (Neuropathy)

All 8 conditions have been rejected by the Arizona Department of Health.

AZCNA has court dates set for May 3-4, 2016 (Parkinson’s) & May 9-10, 2016 (Huntington’s) at the Office of Administrative Hearings in Phoenix, AZ.
